EDM partner OnSemi bespreekt de uitdagingen die moderne PBA’s en hun toepassingen betekenen voor een IC fabrikant.De visie van het EDM programma\, de belangrijkste resultaten en het nieuwe EDM initiatief VIS-traject Prosperita worden kort toegelicht.
