EDM Workshop 13: VIS-Traject Prosperita

Designing and manufacturing electronics in today’s competitive world of outsourced activities is a complex situation, both for customer and service provider. Do you recognize the constant challenges of new customer requests, new technology, changing legislation and increasing product demands in your electronics projects, whether in house or outsourced? Is your supply chain becoming increasingly complex and harder to control?
In 2011 EDM started on Prosperita to assist you on the PCB/PBA issues by delivering guidelines as well as collective and individual advice.
In the VIS trajectory Prosperita we will realize Design-for-X guidelines to design, manufacture and integrate cost effectively PBA’s with controlled quality and reliability, aiming for internationally competitive electronic based products and systems and a short time-to-market. These guidelines will focus on Design-for-Manufacturing and Design-for-Integration.
In this workshop we will cover the Prosperita work packages and their projected results.
